The levels of O3 and NO2 are expected to increase as cars/trucks idle at red lights and decrease as traffic moves during green lights.

The sampler is placed at a street corner (Elmwood and Amherst). Samples were taken over 5 light exchanges.
Explain how you will establish background levels of sampling parameters.
Only the fluctuations are being sampled.
