Oliver Gosling is a painter, and has exhibited in Europe, Japan and more recently in China.
He also lectures on the visual ideas and techniques of Oriental and Western painting.
He lived for seven and a half years in China and before that 2 years in Japan.
Shifting Spaces is his first solo exhibition in Tunis which took place on the 19th Sep – 14th Oct.
Combined with the exhibition opening, Oliver gave a talk: Influence and Relevance, on the influences on and context of the paintings, and how painting continues to renew itself as a medium?
